hmm, for many reasons of course, the taste, sweet, smelt, smooth, health and others.
One of those things, might be make you intreseted is sex. Yes, thats truth.

FOR a long time women have compared chocolate to sex. Now doctors have discovered a scientific link between the two.

According to Italian researchers, women who eat chocolate regularly have a better sex life than those who deny themselves the treat. Those consuming the sugary snack had the highest levels of desire, arousal and satisfaction from sex.

The urologists from San Raffaele hospital, Milan, questioned 163 women about their consumption of chocolate as well as their experience of sexual fulfilment.

The study, which will be presented at the European Society for Sexual Medicine in London next month, found: “Women who have a daily intake of chocolate showed higher levels of desire than women who did not have this habit. Chocolate can have a positive physiological impact on a woman’s sexuality.”

Dr Andrea Salonia, author of the study — funded from a university research budget, not by the confectionery industry — said women who have a low libido could even become more amorous after eating chocolate. He believes chocolate could be particularly medicinal for women who shun sex because they are suffering from premenstrual tension.

“Chocolate is not like a food, it is like a drug. Women who suffer mood swings as a result of their menstrual cycle may also suffer a dip in their sexual function. I strongly believe eating chocolate may improve their sexual function,” said Salonia.

The research looked at the lifestyle habits that affect women’s sex lives. It also looked at smoking and coffee consumption but found no links with sexual enjoyment. Some might argue, however, that women who like chocolate are simply more sensually attuned.(The Times)

Cinnamon Chocolate & Almond Soap

This marbled bar of scrumptious scented soap has fine almonds to cleanse and improve the circulation of your skin. The spicy chocolate scent gives us a lift without the calories!

Materials Needed
Fields Landing Soap Factory -

* Creamy Coconut" Soap Base: 12 ounces.
* Cinnamon Stick & Chocolate
* Fragrance Oils: 15 drops Cinnamon Stick and 15 drops Chocolate.
* Black Liquid Colorants: 4 drops black.
* Standard Bar Soap Shapes Mold # 71120.
* 1 Teaspoon cocoa powder.
* 1 Tablespoon finely ground almonds.
* Two - 2 Cup Pyrex measuring cups.
* Metal spoon
* Microwave (or follow manufactures directions for melting in a double boiler)

Directions
1. Slice soap into thin 1/8" strips for quick, easy melting.
2. Divide the soap into two 6-ounce portions. Place 6 ounces each into your measuring cups and microwave together for approximately 45 seconds to 1 minute on high. The melting time will vary depending on the amount of soap. Remove and stir lightly. Continue to microwave at 15-second intervals until completely melted.
3. In one measuring cup, add the ground almonds and cinnamon oil.
4. In the other measuring cup, add the cocoa powder, chocolate oil and black coloring.
5. Mix the soap as it cools until it becomes jelly-like. This helps to distribute the ground almonds evenly throughout the soap, rather than sinking to the bottom of the mold.
6. Hold a measuring cup in each hand and pour the soaps into the large rectangular shaped mold at the same time to create the marbled effect. Do not move the molds until the soap is set. Let the soap cool and harden completely before removing from the mold. The soap will pop out easily when completely set. For a fast set, allow the soap to cool for 1 minute then cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until cooled.

Happy Valentine my friends!! Hope not too late, because we celebrate the love not just in the day. Yeah, the day is special.
So how many chocolate gifts you have or you give to your partner, friend, girlfriend, girlfriends, etc?

Don not worried, Indulging your sweet tooth on the day dedicated to love wouldn't be such a crime if Valentine's Day. If you blow it and devour the entire box of chocolates in one sitting, don't be too hard on yourself and don't dwell on your decadence. After all, it's just one day of gorging.

Balance out your splurge by eating healthy salads, other greens, fish and grains for the next couple of days.
Eating the entire box in one sitting will likely make you feel ill in the abdominal region and, especially if you're female, guilty in the head. If you must indulge, do so at your own risk. But if you chocoholic, who care!

When I first heard about this. I was like... hmm. what a nice thought, interesting sentiment. It was one of those things that makes you smile. At first glance it seems like a petty thing, Valentine's Day that is. A day to celebrate love. As though people in love don't celebrate everyday together. Is love in the secular world such a wishy washy thing that love must be celebrated on a special day.

A day dominated by flowers (roses), and boxes of chocolate. And by the way you know why flowers and chocolate are such a tradition? It is becasue flowers please the sense of smell and just make things better. (hence lots of fragrances, perfumes, air fresheners, are of floral scents) and Chocolate. Well in the past it was thought to act as an aphrodisiac for women. And women do act differently from men about cravings for chocolate. But there has been no conclusive proof. but than again all those millions of pounds of chocolate heart shaped stuff must be doing something.......

Anyways. Drawing the same conclusion loving God everyday should be natural right? So why have a special day to celebrate that? Since that love is eternal anyways right? But when you think about it, it is a good of day as any other. I mean what really is the meaning of Valentine's Day? It is supposed to be about celebrating LOVE. So who better to spend it with than one who loves you the most. God. And love him in return. I mean Valentine's Day should be celebrating the ultimate love. The love that makes people die for each other. To give up life for one another. THe selfless nature of love. hmmmm.......

Yes, we heard many studies that said chocolate is good for health;

Well, I don't know exactly. But most important things that I love chocolate not just because it's good for health - even I don't know the truth -.
All I knew, they studied the pure cocoa not chocolate when consumed with other I ingredients.

Smooth Margarita Glaze Brownies

Mix together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Melt butter and chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water. Remove from heat; add sugar, eggs, nuts, vanilla, flour mixture and Margarita; mix smoothly. Preheat oven to 330ºC. Pour batter into a greased 10x12-inch cake pan aor any pan size you want. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until firm.Toping it with Tequila Smooth Margarita Glaze, off course after you remove it from the oven.

Get these all ingredients before you do anything above!

1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
5 tablespoons sweet butter
4 ounces baking chocolate

Well, when you eating it of course, which is not just now?

Double Decker - for part of the bar eat the crunchy base and then the chewy top but for some of the bar, have to eat them both together.

Crunchie - for half of the bar, nibble off the chocolate, then eat the honeycomb and for some of the bar, crunch them together. Also have to suck the chocolate off and let the honeycomb melt for a little bit of the bar.

Malteesers - suck some to a mush and crunch some. One or two - nibble off the chocolate and eat the malty bit on its own.

Chocolate buttons - munch some and suck some.

Cadbury's Buttons - Melt base with side of hot cup of coffee. Stick two together and pretend is huge counter.

Revels - Arrange in to various types and eat in rotation, guessing each filling. Score one point for each one, and two points for a correct orange and coffee.

Bounty - Nibble all chocolate first and then the coconut at the end.

Mars Bar - Nibble nougat and chocolate from sides first and then finish the toffee and chocolate topping.

Aero - Bite each segment and allow to dissolve in mouth.

When I Walk in Rainy day

If I were walking in the rain by myself, I would bear droplets of rain huffing the ground slowly. I would hear the wind whistling while I was walking on the sidewalk with my sweet umbrella. I would look down sewage drains and I would hear the water pounding against the ground.

Then I would get on a city bus and sit down and then I could smell the sweetest of Chocolate. Oh no! Then I saw the person sitting next to me was eating my umbrella. Huh, I thought he was eating a chocolate. I think I’ll get off the bus and start lick on my umbrella.

Don’t buy this Mercedes Benz with out researching.
This car is plagued with problems, electrical, overheating, brakes, interior parts, keys not working, no air conditioner, not constructed and equiped with a high level of safety features. But don't worry if you chocolatey, any problems on this model will not drive you crazy..buzzzzzzzz

French confectioner Marc Debailleul examines a chocolate model of a Mercedes-Benz 'A' Class car at the "Chocolate Passion" fair in Brussels February 12. Debailleul, winner of many international prizes, explained he used about 100 kg of chocolate and 30 kg of cocoa butter to make the model, which took five people one week to assemble.

Chocolate: A Boon for the Libido and the Heart

Research suggests it packs some surprising health benefits

There's something about chocolate, something beyond tactile taste that is indefinable, ineffable and inexpressible
And as the medical reviews keep coming in, there's evidence that chocolate may meet a variety of needs, from the libido to the heart.
The most recent finding has an Italian researcher saying he has found an association between eating chocolate and sexual fulfillment. Women who love chocolate, he says, seem to have better love lives. And that comes on top of earlier research that chocolate -- at least dark chocolate -- may be good for your heart.
Chocolate seems to straddle the line between a food and a beneficial medicine. Even the conventional wisdom that chocolate is related to acne has been challenged. Its chemical properties are complicated. Chocolate contains more than 300 substances, including caffeine in small quantities, and theobromine, a weaker stimulant. Some contend that these two chemicals form the basis of the much-toutedchocolate high, postulating that they increase activity of key neurotransmitters. The stimulant phenylethylamine, which is related chemically to Amphetamines, is also in chocolate.
Chocolate seems to make the mood more fulfilling, said Dr. Andrea Salonia, an Italian researcher, who was to report on the link he found between satisfying sex andchocolate at the annual meeting of the European Society for Sexual Medicine in December in London.
Salonia's group at the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan had 153 women fill out standard female sexual function questionnaires, among other lifestyle and psychological indices. The women were between 26 and 44 years old, with a median age of 35. It turned out that 120 women, average age 35, reported they atechocolate frequently, compared with 33 women whose average age was 40.4.
Both overall sexual function and sexual desire were significantly greater among the chocolate-eaters than among those in the older group who were more likely to spurn chocolate, said Salonia.
Calling it "an intriguing correlation," Salonia indicated nevertheless that dalliance between chocolate and sex was far from a sure thing. "It seems alluring to hypothesize that chocolate can have a physiological positive impact over women's sexuality." But he added that the age difference, an important factor in sexuality, was also significant between the groups.
The Italian study merely adds a new chapter to the history of chocolate. It's loaded with myths and legends and unsubstantiated claims. One of those myths is that chocolate can contribute to acne, according to two seminal studies. The National Institutes of Health now states that "despite the popular belief thatchocolate, nuts and other foods cause acne, this does not seem to be true."
In one of the studies, at the University of Pennsylvania, a group of acne patients was given a bar of "chocolate" liquor (the substance that's the base for all chocolate products) resembling a chocolate bar and had 28 percent vegetable fat to imitate the fat content of chocolate liquor and cocoa butter. Another group got real chocolate in a test bar with almost 10 times as much chocolate liquor as a normal 1.4 ounce bar. The acne neither improved nor worsened with chocolate or placebo.
In the other study, 80 midshipmen with acne at the U.S. Naval Academy were divided into chocolate abstainers and chocolate-eaters. After a month, careful observation showed no changes in their acne.
Finally, a recent small clinical study of the effects of the substance in rich dark chocolate known as flavonoids has been shown to improve indicators of a healthy heart, seen both by ultrasound measurements and blood levels. Other researchers have pointed to high levels of chemicals in chocolate known as phenolics, also found in red wine, as antioxidants that might help prevent coronary heart disease.

Chocolate Eaters May Live Longer

LONDON (AP) -- Scientists already have suggested that eating chocolate may make you happy. Now they say men who indulge in chocolate may live longer. A study of 7,841 men, all Harvard graduates, found that chocolate and candy eaters - regardless of how voracious their appetite for goodies - live almost a year longer than those who abstain.
The researchers from Harvard University’s School of Public Health, whose study was published in this week’s issue of the British Medial Journal, said they don’t know why this is. They speculate, however, that antioxidants present in chocolate may have a health benefit The scientists stress that their findings are preliminary, and other experts caution that research does not prove the results can be attributed to the antioxidants. In the study, those who ate a moderate amount of sweets - allowing themselves only one to three candy bars a month - fared the best, having a 36 percent lower risk of death compared to with noncandy eaters.
Although they fared worse than the moderates, the more ardent confectionery eaters - classified as those treating themselves to three or more sweets a week - still lived longer than those who had banished candy from their lives, with a 16 percent decreased risk of death.
Scientists know that chocolate contains phenols, antioxidants chemicals also present in wine. Antioxidants prevent fat-like substances in the blood from oxidizing and clogging the arteries. "It’s raising a hypotheses that, if true, would bring cheer to those who like chocolate," said Dr. I-Min Lee, an epidemiology professor at Harvard who led the research.
The study, in which men were questioned in 1988 about their candy habits over the past year, did not count chocolate sauce, cake or other chocolate consumed in desserts. The men, who started the study at an average age of 65, were followed for five years, by which time 514 had died. Results took into account factors including weight, smoking and other lifestyle habits, but Lee said other health effects could have played a role.
Andrew Waterhouse, a wine chemist at the University of California at Davis who has researched antioxidant properties, said the Harvard hypothesis that death risk could be linked to chocolate is plausible," adding he was surprised, however, by the finding that eating only three chocolate bars a month was associated with a lower death risk and doubted that was due to phenol. "That frequency is so low it was surprising there would be any benefit from an antioxidant effect - if that's the full explanation," he said. Amazin isn't it, you could travel with this car as long as you could and you need no stop to get some food to eat, and if you fell hungry in your trips, just lick on your car.
But this car still needs gas for your trip. I wish could switch the gas to liquid chocolate, then you'll never get on your home coz you will drink the chocolate for gas.
Or, you could use this car as a gift, in valentine days or anytime you need present. But don't give it to your child, coz they don't have drive license yet.

Bali is quite a place. It’s a beautiful island that’s full of active volcanoes and it lies south of the equator on the Indian Ocean. It was a real hoot snorkeling in the Indian Ocean.
Bali’s main religion is a form of Hindu. EVERY place of business from hotels down to small bars have their OWN temples and each morning workers bring an offering to the gods. A little palm thatch basket is usually placed in these temples (most are small with a big Buddha like fellow sitting there carved in stone). The offering contains flowers, holy water blessed by the local village chief and incense. You smell this burning throughout the entire island. This is for the “good gods.” The Balinese believe in keeping ALL the bases covered so they make a similar but less elaborate and smaller offering to the “bad gods” and this is placed on the ground outside their place of work. This offering is designed to keep the “bad gods” from messing up that day’s activity! Even taxis come with offerings---sitting right up on the dashboard!
There are a number of very large temples on the island. These are huge with elaborate stone carved walls around them. Each of these large temples has a big banyon tree in the center of them. One of the most interesting temples is located at the edge of a forest or jungle and it’s absolutely crawling with monkeys and aggressive monkeys at that!
Many place you can visit, and enjoy. Even you have bad mood, realese it on Bali.
One reasons, why i re-visit bali every time i can? I could realese my exotic passion on one of beach i love in this island...

Ceremony brings villagers back together

The people of Nglurah village in Karanganyar regency,
Central Java have been growing flowers and decorative plants
for centuries.
While many Nglurah people have moved away from the
village, they continue to work as flower sellers. Pockets
of the Nglurah community can be found across the archipelago and as far as Malaysia.
Today, there are 355 families or 2,200 people living in
the village.
Every six lapan (35 days on the Javanese calendar) or about
seven months, they return home for the dukutan ceremony, held to
purify the village and ask for God's blessing.
The community believes those absent from the ceremony will be
cursed with bad luck.

It's one of gretest bali dance, groups of man dance on the night..

Kecak is a spectacular dance usually performed at night, surrounding a bonfire. The westerners called this dance The Monkey Dance, for the movements may remind us of monkey's movements. There can literally be one hundred or more bare chested men, sitting down on the ground surrounding the bonfire, led by a priest in the middle. The only music to accompany them are the beats of their palms hitting their chests, their thighs, or other parts of their bodies, or their claps, rhythmically accompanied by shouting and chanting.

The dancers move in unison, creating a spectacular choreographic performance. Either hands stretched out, pulled in, rested on the shoulder of the next person, or waists gyrated left and right, etc.

In childhood we are in hypnosis virtually all the time.

As we are trying to learn everything around us, we encounter a great many conflicts in the world, and we cannot trust everything we see & hear. The mind has great difficulty if it has to hold onto, or accept, two or more absolutely incompatible ideas at the same time.
Unfortunately we get all too many of this sort of message in our daily lives.

As a result of these conflicts, our mind will respond by developing the conscious mind to be a gatekeeper. This part of us tries to weigh the truth of new ideas. It does this by first allowing only information into the mind that agrees with what we already think we know. It partly sorts this all out in our dreams when we sleep.

While this division between conscious and unconscious mind is essential for our mental health in a very conflicted world, it
1. slows down greatly our ability to learn new things and behaviors easily and quickly.
2. makes it much more difficult to overcome beliefs we once thought were true
but now know are wrong (i.e. "I am a bad person because people told me so").

Hypnosis is a way to return to that early, natural state of mind and once there re-evaluate those old ideas and change them for good.

If a behavior is a simple habit, a simple method of group hypnosis can work well, an yet, if the behavior is a result of more complex beliefs or needs then a private session is sometimes needed.

In a way, a good hypnotist becomes a negotiator to bring the conscious mind and the unconscious parts of our mind back together into agreement through using a myriad of techniques.

Hypnosis techniques of the past or by poor hypnotists place the new suggestions into the unconscious without building agreement throughout the mind. The new suggestion might last for a time but would eventually fail.
